Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the KAUST Scholarship 2025 students must meet the following requirements
- A Bachelors degree is required for Masters programs
- A Masters degree is required for PhD programs or apply through MSPhD track
- GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or equivalent competitive applicants may have even higher GPA
- Proficiency in English
- TOEFL iBT minimum score of 79
- IELTS minimum score of 6.5 some programs accept 6.0
- GRE is optional but recommended
- Strong academic background and motivation for research
